We represent and support over 480 organisations working with homeless people in the UK
Are you ready to change your service? This conference explored all of the changes that can be made within a service to more effectively support a homeless person.
This conference was aimed at encouraging homelessness services to focus on moving clients forward. We are looking for services to provide the best opportunities for their clients, that will help them to move on and make a positive change to their lives.
In recent years, and with the support of the Places of Change programme, the homelessness sector has developed and come a long way. However we feel that some clients are still staying in the system for too long or are leaving for negative reasons and we feel that this can be changed by making changes to the services we offer.
It is not necessarily about completely revolutionising your service, as even a small change, without a large capital investment, can make a big difference.
This conference looked at how you can:
The conference was an opportunity to share good practice and innovative ideas, that can be implemented by others, and that don’t rely on capital funding to make them successful.
