Homeless Link comments and complaints policy

Homeless Link takes complaints very seriously.  Whilst they are rare, we always treat them as an opportunity to develop our processes and training procedures.

Therefore, we are always very pleased to hear from people who are willing to take the time to help us improve by contacting us about their problems, concerns or worries. We aim to deal with situations as quickly as possible and to put measures in place to stop errors and omissions from happening again.We want to hear from you when we surpass your expectations as well as when we fall short of them. Without your support we would not be able to continue changing the lives of homeless people.
