Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. For cancellations more than 21 days before the course date, you will receive a refund less an administration fee of £50. If you cancel less than 21 days before the course date, or do not attend on the day, you will be charged the full fee. You may send someone in your place subject to our agreement. We reserve the right to make changes or cancellations if necessary.
