Empowering services

Homeless people should be able to access a wide variety of services. These will include support to address health and housing issues. Places of Change also offer opportunities to regain confidence through a range of activities.

Empowering services enable people to access:

• education and training which could lead to qualifications and/or employment
• meaningful occupation including activities which encourage people to express themselves and learn new skills
• Opportunities to work in and develop social enterprises.
