Reflective Practice is a core aspect of a psychologically informed environment and it is generally recognised as being essential for staff that work with individuals who have complex needs.
There are well-established links between reflective practice and positive outcomes for clients, staff and organisations, including improved practice and staff well-being.
Reflective practice in groups is particularly effective in enabling individuals and teams to ‘step back’ from their work and to learn from experience in a supportive and structured forum.
