We represent and support 500 organisations working with homeless people in the UK
This research report looks at the prevalence of evictions and abandonments from hostels in London as well as examining the causes, current approaches and the solutions to reducing evictions and abandonments. The research includes a literature review as well as both quantitative and qualitative analysis, including interviews with 54 staff members and 64 clients. The Centre for Housing Policy at the University of York provided advice on the research throughout the project.
