Pilot projects to reduce evictions and abandonment

Following on from our research into evictions and abandoment, we worked intensively with five pilot areas within London during 2010 to trial solutions and monitor their impact.

Our target was to reduce unplanned moves in these pilot areas by 50% over 12 months. We have evaluated each pilot, and published a  report in which we summarise the learning that should be considered by both service providers and commissioners who want to reduce their evictions and abandonment.
