How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept Housing Options referrals and self -referrals outside HO hours. Referrals are NOT accepted direct from prison/hospitals,

Referral procedure

Call in at Housing Options Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, at Council House, Corporation Street, Derby, contact no: 01332 640085. Will need to see a Housing Options worker and from there may be placed on the reserve list at Milestone House.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

Support staff available 12 hours (8am-8pm), at least 2 members of staff on duty at a time. Security on site from 8pm-8am. Initial assessment and support plan developed on arrival, reviews . Provide support around issue people present with, support staff will assist in referrals to outside agencies if need identified.
