Advanced introduction to In-Form

This course will teach you how to use some of the more advanced functions of In-Form in your day to day work

what will you learn?

On completion of this course you will:

  • be able to create views
  • know how to carry out online editing
  • be able to create support agencies and support agency contacts (associated with a client)
  • understand approval processes (e.g. Support Plan Approval)
  • be able to run reports
  • be able to create CORE & SP forms
  • be able to create support plans using the Outcomes Star
  • know how to customise tabs and layouts
  • be able to edit your own details and enable system admin access

Who is this course for?

This course is suitable for frontline staff and managers who are fairly new to In-Form and will be using the system on a day-to-day basis.
