In-Form client recording software

In-Form is an online client recording system developed by Homeless Link. In-Form is based on the highly successful Link software, first produced in partnership with Depaul UK in 1999 and used by over 25 homelessness providers across the UK and Ireland.

We are taking orders for the new system which will be available from 1st April 2010.

In-Form enables organisations and projects of all sizes to record the work that they do with their clients. This information can be shared between projects, viewed centrally and reported on as needed. It enables those working with vulnerable clients to monitor the key outcomes from this work and its effectiveness through links to the Homeless Outcome Star and other reports. It also provides data about the clients and the work done with them to local Supporting People commissioners and other funders.

Functionality

As well as excellent client recording and reporting in a secure online environment, the In-Form system offers some exciting new functionality:

  • work flow processes that can advise caseworkers and managers via emails of work that needs signing off or checking
  • document management structured around the client and organisation
  • mail merging of client and third party data for emails and letters
  • organisational and project reports that can be created on the fly
  • desktop charts and graphs visible at logon that show key performance data at a glance
  • integration with Outlook /emails
  • integration with Google maps
  • ability to work on PDAs in purposely designed screens

  • flexible logon and security arrangements
  • best possible data security and backup facilities
  • high online reliability of 99.9%.

The In-Form client recording system is a web based application developed within Salesforce. All an organisation needs to use the In-Form application is access to the internet.

Who uses In-Form?

In-Form is designed for all sizes of organisation that run services for the homeless or that work with their service users to prevent homelessness. Delivered via the internet, In-Form caters for all types of projects including hostels, supported housing, floating support, day centres, advice services, helplines and employment and training services - enabling record their work safely and efficiently.

Our users range from the very largest providers to organisations offering a single day centre or hostel. Users include Depaul UK, Thames Reach, Centrepoint, The Connection at St Martins, The Passage, Norcare, Worthing Churches and The M25 Group.

Costs and Ordering

In-Form is designed to be accessible to all sizes of organisations. Our prices are on a sliding scale and are priced per user, per annum. Subscriptions are payable on either a yearly, quarterly or monthly basis. Please contact us for a quote.
