- support frontline services to improve help for people who face homelessness
- research the root causes of homelessness - and the approaches that help people out of it
- run StreetLink, putting people sleeping rough in touch with the services they need
- and work with housing, health, addiction and other sectors, to make sure people are supported by services that work together not in isolation.
