It’s vital that you make best use of your interactions with the people you support in order to build trust, identify key issues, collect information and agree actions. We recognise that staff will be using communication skills every day, so this session is an opportunity to consolidate those skills and to reflect on practice.
This course covers personal preparation, power dynamics, communication strategies, and the psychological impact of physical environments. It provides an introduction to positive, solution-focused communication.
If you are interested in potentially running this topic through our live, interactive online in-house offer please contact James Cuming on 07375 042 815 or email@example.com
