Community of Practice Norwich
What is the event about?
A community of practice brings together those with common interests and goals to collaboratively find solutions to the issues faced by frontline staff when supporting those experiencing homelessness and associated needs. This will be the first CoP held in the area and will provide an overview of how CoPs work and how we can develop future meetings.
Through our CoPs we aim to:
Facilitate knowledge sharing and social learning between practitioners
Provide a safe venue for people to listen, reflect and receive feedback
Allow people to hear about new evidence, learning and practice
Try out small changes that encourage innovation.
Who is this event for?
This event is open to all working on the frontline of homelessness and related fields across Southend and we welcome volunteers and those with lived experience to attend each event.
