How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. Many referrals come from Housing Needs, local hospitals, Drug and Alcohol services.

Phone Mon-Fri 8am-4pm to arrange an interview.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

9 full time and 2 part time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Compulsory keywork system (17-20 residents per key worker), monthly-quarterly keywork meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly-quarterly. Staff provide support with independent living skills, claiming benefits and any other concerns.
