Support and accommodation

Support offered

The Project is staffed on a rota basis and has 2 day staff and 2 night staff s. Key work sessions are carried out as well as Risk Assessments, Support Plans and Outcome Stars. Support is provided around managing daily living skills, signposting to agencies and move on accommodation.

Individual rooms which consists of a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, fridge and wash basin. Communal facilities are bathroom, lounge/dinner and kitchen area.
