Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-25 and Young people (including families) with children aged 16-21 with support needs. Priority given to applicants with a local connection to Sheffield.

Support and accommodation
Support offered
10 Support Workers; 2 Senior Support Workers; 2 Housing Management Workers. Staff available Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm. Emergency on-call out of hours. Allocated weekly keywork meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly. Staff provide support around life skills, finances, benefits, and access to employment, education and training.
