Young single homeless people aged 16-25 and Young people (including families) with children aged 16-21 with support needs. Priority given to applicants with a local connection to Sheffield.

Support offered

10 Support Workers; 2 Senior Support Workers; 2 Housing Management Workers. Staff available Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm. Emergency on-call out of hours. Allocated weekly keywork meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly. Staff provide support around life skills, finances, benefits, and access to employment, education and training. Specialist support programme to improve wellbeing and access to ETE opportunities Monthly Client Involvement activities
