Who do we help?

Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with support needs. Can accept young people who have a history of substance misuse who are actively working towards being drug free. we are a 24 hour service so provide support for those that have higher support needs but lower risk we prioritise applicants with a local connection.

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Phone or call in Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or email. Application form. References and further information sought before interview. Risk and support needs assessment.

24 hour waking cover. key worker system. Support plans with agreed outcomes. Provide support around independent living skills, employment and accessing local services.
