Single rough sleepers, will also accept couples but they must sleep in separate areas. Priority is given to people with a local connect to LB Ealing.

We review all referrals. No professional staff, so not accepting very high-need.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Can only accept referrals from local official agencies, eg Acton Homeless Concern, St Mungo's and Ealing Soup Kitchen.
Referral procedure
Email to check vacancies. Referral form available by email. Interview where possible or referring agencies can share full assessment. Our main referrers are Acton Homeless Concern, St Mungo’s and Ealing Soup Kitchen. We do not take self-referrals.

Support offered
Most shelter support provided by volunteers. Provide general assistance with housing and benefits issues such as form filling, making and accompanying to appointments. Signposting to other agencies.
