Who do we help?

Young single homeless people aged 16-21 with low to medium support needs around independent living skills. Can accept those with low mental health problems and ex-offenders. Will also accept teenage parents. Must have a local connection to LB Lambeth.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept agency referrals via LB Lambeth Support Needs Assessment and Placement Team only.

Referral procedure

Application form completed by prospective resident prior to interview. Require as much background information as possible about support needs. Require proof of ID.

Support offered

13 full time staff, available 7.30am-9.30pm, concierge at night. Keywork system (10 residents per key worker), with regular meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed every 3 months, cover independent living skills, education, training, employment and move-on. Signposting to local services. Access to translation services.
