Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Homeless families. Can accept couples and single homeless people on a short term emergency basis. Must have a local connection to Bradford and be assessed as homeless and in priority need by Horton Housing.
Who we cannot help
Violent/Schedule 1 offenders or arsonists. Drug users who are not on a recognised reduction programme. People who have previously physically assaulted members of staff or other residents.

How to get a referral
Only accept referrals from Incommunities Housing Options Team in office hours. Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency outside office hours. Most out of hours referrals are from the Police for people with domestic violence problems.
Named agency referrals only Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, self or agency referrals at other times. Complete referral form by phone. Interview at Incommunities Housing Options Team during office hours. Require proof of ID and income for Housing Benefit.

7 full time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Keywork system (2-3 residents per key worker), minimum of weekly meetings. Staff offer support with housing related issues.
Including 2, 3-4 and 5-bed family rooms.
Interchange and Shipley stations - 30 mins. Buses 610, 611, 612, 641, 642, 670, 845, 846.
