How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Accept referrals from Bedford Council, Smart and our Outreach Worker
Referral procedure
Applicants are either found rough sleeping via Outreach Services or can contact Bedford housing options to arrange an assessment of their housing needs 01234 718058 or speak to the Nighshelter 01234 266085 who can signpost to our Outreach worker. Clients can come to the door if they need food, blankets and referrals can be made for them.

Support and accommodation
Support offered
Support workers provide overnight waking cover, practical support and a person centered support to each client. We provide meals and basic toiletries, and have a clothing store and laundry service. referrals can be made for housing, medical appointments, to our Pathways to Employment Service, we have staff OISC registered within KAP that can offer some immigration advice.
The Nightshelter is now staffed 24/7 so support is also available in the day.

We have three further rooms all of single occupancy. There are three bathroom in the property and one additional toilet.
