Single homeless men, particularly rough sleepers with support needs, including those with alcohol, drugs and mental health issues. Can accept people with dogs. Priority to those with a connection to RB Kensington & Chelsea.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

All referrals via Social Inclusion Team, RB Kensington & Chelsea, 74-76 Pembroke Road, London W8 6NX, 020 7361 821.

Referral procedure

Phone Housing Options on 020 7361 3008 daily 9am-5pm or write. Application form completed by applicant and referral agency. Interview. May require additional information if applicant has complex needs. Single Homeless Team who is the gatekeeper to this service. The referrers come self referral, housing options, outreach team, Community Mental Health Team, Probation Service, etc.

13 staff, 24 hour waking cover. Compulsory one to one keywork system with at least monthly meetings. Action plan with agreed outcomes, reviewed every 3 months. Support provided around health, life skills, employment and training, meaningful occupation and benefits. Daily activities.
