How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self-referrals and referrals from any agency. Referrals can be made via LCC Housing Options Team based at city-wide One-Stop Shops. Referrals taken through Liverpool mainstay.

Support offered

11 full time staff, 24 hour waking cover. key worker system with meetings at least weekly. Staff provide advice and support around welfare benefits, rehab/detox services, health, employment and training, education, rehousing options and resettlement needs.
