How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Referrals are only accepted via Medway Council. Individuals or agencies supporting them can contact Medway Council with regard to referrals.
Referral procedure
All referrals must be received from Medway Council. Applicants to make a housing advice appointment with Medway Council. Referrals sent to Regent House by Medway Council and considered in the priority order determined by the Council. When applicant reaches top of the list, Regent House staff will contact and arrange a date/time for an assessment interview.

Support and accommodation
Support offered
12 staff, 24 hour waking cover. Key worker system with meetings at least fortnightly. Support plans. Provide support around independent living skills, budgeting, benefits, accessing education and employment, developing interests and hobbies, managing relationships with others and dealing with anti-social behaviour. Signpost to other agencies as appropriate.
