Length of stay
Support and accommodation
18 full time staff, 24 hour waking night cover. Compulsory key work system with bi-weekly meetings. Support plans reviewed every three months, more frequently if required. Signposting to external agencies and there would be an expectation that these are taken up. Internal initiatives provide support for physical and mental health and to promote independent living.
New customers will be placed in cluster-based accommodation with the possibility of moving into semi-independent flats on our site with continued support.
Nearest train station is Sittingbourne and then a 5 minute walk.
