Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any Medway agency.

Referral procedure

Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm for referral form, or download from website.

Staff offer advice and support on life skills. Care plans. Staff provide advice and support with independent living skills, benefits, job search, Conflict resolution. etc
