Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with medium to high support needs, who are motivated to take up training and employment opportunities. Applicants must have a LB Greenwich connection. Target 50% women. Will need to be referred by Greenwich 1st Base team. Does not accept any animals.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Only accept referrals via LB Greenwich Housing Options Team. Applicants aged under 18 must be referred by the Young Person's Team at Greenwich HPU (phone 020 8316 6622).
Referral procedure
Phone Mon-Fri 9.30am-5.30pm. Application form. Joint assessment and interview with housing and NEET project workers. May require additional information. Require proof of ID.
Referrals through the 1st Base Housing Team based at the Woolwich Centre

Support offered
24 hour waking cover. Compulsory support plan with agreed outcomes using Outcomes Star model. Staff offer support plan on life skills and resettlement with additional support from an onsite Youth Opportunities Coordinator. Focus on meaningful daytime activities.
