Who do we help?

Aged 18 and over, with low support needs. We can extend the services to applicants aged over 25 if they are referred from the Local Authority and we have vacancies available.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept referrals from Royal Borough of Greenwich, Agencies that we work with both within and outside the borough. Applicants can self refer but we will always signpost them to the LA for them to be referred back to Simba.

Referral procedure

Contact in writing or by phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm to check if waiting list is open. Complete Application Form. Interview for a specific vacancy or a place on the Waiting List. Must be able to demonstrate connection to Greenwich. We offer advice on other options to unsuccessful applicants.

Support offered

3 staff based at off-site office Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, responsible lead tenant in each property, emergency on-call system. Staff visit regularly and can offer advice on various issues. Individual support plan and keywork system. Work with other local groups to provide additional services.
