How to get a referral

Referral agencies

All referrals via Lambeth Assessment Centre.

Referral procedure

Contact CRI Street Team in Lambeth or present to local Housing Options Team if homeless. Refer to Lambeth Assessment Centre will decide on placements.

Support offered

- 10 support staff provide 24/7 cover. Key-work sessions offered fortnightly, but contact tends to be far more frequent. Support to address substance use and mental health issues, closely working with external agencies for specialised support. - Psychology In Hostels team provide psychological support for residents.
