Introduction to agency management

This one-day course explores the contractual relationship between landlord housing associations and the managing agent. 

The course explains the roles and responsibilities of both parties in providing housing management, support and care functions. The course gives delegates the opportunity to discuss the agency managed relationship and work through the issues and practicalities this presents. It details good practice in providing housing management services to clients on behalf of a landlord housing association.
