In-Form is Homeless Link’s not for profit Salesforce client recording and service management application, with a growing customer base and more than 12,000 users across 160+ agencies.  Income from sales, consultancy and training,  helps fund Homeless Link’s mission to ensure that everyone has a place to call home and the support they need to keep it. 

The Customer Success Manager will work to increase the number of organisations and maintain customer satisfaction with the In-Form product and the services we provide. You will use your technical and people skills to build excellent working relationships with senior staff at organisations using In-Form across the country and identify opportunities for them to expand how they use the product.

We welcome new ideas and innovation and are looking for someone who wants to expand their Salesforce knowledge and skills, and put them to good use for the benefit of the organisations we support.

Homeless Link is the national membership charity for frontline homelessness agencies and the wider housing with health, care and support sector in England.  With over 700 members, we work to improve services and campaign for policy change.

Our member agencies range from hostels, day centres, street-based outreach work and resettlement support to wider supported housing, health and social care providers.  Our focus is to change the way that we, as a society, think and act towards single people who become homeless and other vulnerable groups.  We do this by influencing policy and strategy at a national and local level.  We also work, in partnership with our members, to ensure services for the most vulnerable in society are the best they can be and to seek out alternative solutions.  We give information, advice and a fresh perspective; connecting organisations and people.  In addition we provide a range of support to our members via events, training, consultancy and other services.
