Homeless Link is a Salesforce ISV Partner and Salesforce Consulting Partner, but we are also a major Salesforce user and we are looking for a certified Salesforce expert to lead on management and system administration of our own Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and related IT systems.

Your responsibilities will include system administration for our CRM with about 100 users, integration and customisation of AppExchange applications and other integrations with external systems and websites, reporting, staff training and onboarding and development of new Salesforce applications.

You will be expected to work independently and to develop good relationships with colleagues, Salesforce contacts and other suppliers and to work to high technical standards, including following our internal project management and monitoring systems.  This post offers the opportunity to expand your Salesforce technical, project management and training skills, while working within a busy and dynamic team. We welcome new ideas and innovation and are looking for someone who wants to expand their Salesforce knowledge and skills, and put them to good use for the benefit of Homeless Link, the organisations we support and homeless people.
