Strategy Development

We develop many different types of strategies for organisations and local authorities, helping you develop your goals into a wider strategy.

For example, we work with Local Authorities, our regional partnership managers, service providers and people experiencing homelessness to create a local Homelessness Strategy.

A recent example is when we carried out a Homelessness Strategy Refresh for an Authority in a borough of London. We had previously developed their Homelessness Strategy and they felt that it was time to update this to reflect local and national changes in homelessness.

We reviewed their previous strategy and looked at recent service outcomes by carrying out a data analysis, interviewing people experiencing homelessness, service providers and Local Authority staff. We worked with the Borough to set achievable goals in reducing homelessness for the future.

Our strategy portfolio also includes working with large and small charities to support them to develop their mission statement, vision and values, which helps to inform their organisational strategy.

A recent example is when we worked with a large Homeless Charity in London and facilitated an organisational away day to develop their mission, vision and values. The Senior Managers wanted all staff to be involved in this process and the team left feeling that they had the opportunity to contribute and feed in to the wider strategy.
