We offer a range of support for leaders in the sector to build resilient organisations that can support individuals experiencing homelessness more effectively.
Leading locally through collaboration rather than competition
Collaboration opens up opportunities to create transformative local practice. It is through collaboration that we grow, discover new possibilities and ensure innovation in our constantly changing environments.
In this peer support session, we’ll look at how to overcome the barriers of commissioning and traditional working practices to move from competition to collaboration so you can lead locally.
You'll also have the opportunity to hear from other senior leaders taking part in the session and share your experience of collaboration.
- How to set boundaries for organisations and collaboration
- What collaboration means for leadership
- How to lead locally to catalyse real change
- How to reach out beyond commissioning/conventional sector partnerships
- How to embed your organisation within your local community
