Training Tuesday: Implementing and managing change

A well managed change can have a significant impact upon organisational performance as well as the health and wellbeing of staff by promoting a culture in which people feel engaged, included and valued.

This three-module online training programme will provide participants with the opportunity to explore the change process, consider the difference between leading and managing change, and understand how to genuinely engage and support staff in times of change. Participants will have the opportunity to reflect-on their current practice and develop their toolbox to enable them to implement and manage change more effectively.

What will you learn?

  • Module 1: Understanding the Change Process
  • Module 2: Leading and Managing Change
  • Module 3: Toolbox Development.

This course will:

  • Explain and describe the change process
  • Equip participants to engage and support staff more effectively
  • Equip participants to draw on a range of tools to help them manage change more successfully
  • Enable delegates to use a personal Action Plan to integrate learning into their current practice.

Who is this course for?

Operational and functional managers (at all levels), board members, staff who are currently ‘acting up’ and other leaders or managers of change, within homelessness and supported housing settings.

Duration

How our online training courses work: Each course subject consists of 3 live interactive training modules, which will take place over 3 consecutive weekly installments. The course will be tailored to address the needs of the sector during COVID-19. When you sign up, you will be signing up for all 3 modules.

Module 3: Tuesday,  16 June 2020 | 2.30pm-4.00pm

Cost

£75.00 per person - all three modules are included in this price

This course is also available to be booked for staff teams of up to 20 people, to be delivered online "in-house" in live interactive sessions on dates to suit your organisation.
