Organisations that support vulnerable people must ensure that the rights and interests of individuals are respected and that the work undertaken by staff fully reflects this. Mistakes can have serious consequences. This course will explain how you should manage professional boundaries in your daily work.
Training Tuesday: Implementing and managing change
This three-module online training programme will provide participants with the opportunity to explore the change process, consider the difference between leading and managing change, and understand how to genuinely engage and support staff in times of change. Participants will have the opportunity to reflect-on their current practice and develop their toolbox to enable them to implement and manage change more effectively.

- Module 3: Toolbox Development.
This course will:
- Explain and describe the change process
- Equip participants to engage and support staff more effectively
- Equip participants to draw on a range of tools to help them manage change more successfully
- Enable delegates to use a personal Action Plan to integrate learning into their current practice.
Who is this course for?
Operational and functional managers (at all levels), board members, staff who are currently ‘acting up’ and other leaders or managers of change, within homelessness and supported housing settings.
How our online training courses work: Each course subject consists of 3 live interactive training modules, which will take place over 3 consecutive weekly installments. The course will be tailored to address the needs of the sector during COVID-19. When you sign up, you will be signing up for all 3 modules.
