Join this session to explore and review housing options for those in the immigration and asylum system.
This interactive online training will explore the housing options that may be available to non-UK nationals experiencing rough sleeping, particularly where access to housing is limited by their immigration status.
The session will provide an overview of entitlement to asylum support, Schedule 10 accommodation, as well as accommodation options provided by local authorities outside of mainstream housing provision. It will also explore a range of non-statutory housing options and consider how these may support people who face barriers to accessing mainstream housing.
The training is delivered by Praxis in partnership with Homeless Link and funded by the GLA. It is therefore available exclusively to organisations working in London.
