Owning the Challenge, Delivering the Change

This year’s Leadership Summit will bring together CEOs and senior leaders from across homelessness and supported housing for two days of inspiration, challenge and learning.

As the sector grapples with rising demand, stretched resources and an uncertain external environment, we'll explore what it means to lead change. Not waiting for the perfect policy, funding settlement or political moment, but taking responsibility for driving progress towards ending homelessness despite uncertainty.

Through inspiring speakers, practical masterclasses and honest peer discussion, we'll explore how to use our collective influence, assets and expertise to drive progress towards ending homelessness and improve outcomes for people experiencing homelessness.

Day 1: Owning the Challenge

The first day will focus on the bigger picture, exploring the challenges and opportunities facing our sector and the role leaders must play in shaping its future.

We'll ask difficult questions, challenge assumptions and explore what it will really take to end homelessness.

Day 2: Delivering the Change

Inspired by the new perspectives from day 1, we'll turn our focus to action.

Through focused masterclasses, delegates will leave with new ideas, practical tools and approaches they can take back to their organisations.

Why attend?

The Leadership Summit offers a rare opportunity to step away from the pressures of day-to-day leadership and spend time thinking strategically about the future.

You'll have the chance to:

  • Hear from inspiring speakers from within and beyond the homelessness sector
  • Learn from fellow CEOs and senior leaders
  • Share challenges and solutions in a trusted environment
  • Build valuable professional relationships and networks
  • Leave with practical ideas and tools to apply within your organisation

Held under the Chatham House Rule, the Summit provides a safe space for open discussion, honest reflection and meaningful peer learning.

What previous attendees said

“Great opportunity to learn from others and make supportive connections for the future. I really valued being encouraged to think outside my local context.”

"Really enjoyed it all, feel inspired and excited. Energising and hopeful sessions from the keynotes – just what was needed at a time like now."

"I very much valued the opportunity to network and to hear from other leaders in the sessions and share experiences which I have had myself and seemed common to many of us who attended."

"I have thoroughly enjoyed the whole aspect of the conference. I have learnt a lot, left with a head of lots of ideas. Most of all I met new people who all shared the same passion within the homelessness sector."

Who should attend?
