You will also have the opportunity to meet and network with colleagues across the sector in similar roles. This online workshop is aimed at small to medium sized organisations.

First part of session: Fundraising strategy
We will look at ways to:
- Do a simple audit of your current fundraising activity
- Set realistic goals and manage expectations
- Find your focus and stop trying to do everything
- Key actions to take forward
Second part of session: Stories for fundraising
We will explore:
- The power of stories to bring your work to life
- How to use what we know about donor psychology in your fundraising
