Join our Practice Forum for Local Authorities and their partners who are looking to develop and improve the support they offer to people in the asylum move-on process.

Homeless Link and Naccom's recently published report highlights the challenges that people face when moving on from Asylum accommodation and showcases many examples of good practice from around the country.

This free practice forum will give attendees a chance to reflect on challenges they face, hear examples of good practice within the voluntary sector and identify potential solutions to apply in their area.

The session will include a mixture of presentations and group discussion.

Speakers include
