Homeless , those in temporary accommodation and in hostels. Issues range from Mental Ill health, substance misuse, learning difficulties and various other health concerns

Adults who are or have been recently homeless and anyone who is struggling and in need of preventative help to avoid becoming homeless.

Homeless or vulnerable adults

Single adults and childless couples, aged 25+ who are homeless or vulnerably-housed or at risk of either.

Anyone aged 16 and over who is homeless or needs support.

Vulnerable adults that may be experiencing homelessness, addiction, mental health and/or deprivation/poverty.
