People over the age of 18 who live in the Derbyshire and Staffordshire Moorlands area and are experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

• People over the age of 16 and families who are experiencing difficulties with coping independently in their own home. • Anyone who is homeless, at risk of homelessness or in housing need who would like advice and guidance on accessing services and facilities.

People over the age of 18 who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness in Cambridgeshire.

People over 65 years old who want support to stay independent in their own home.

People aged 18 - 65 years old who need support with their mental health and live in supported housing provided by Cambridgeshire County Council or Peterborough City Council.

People over the age of 18 who live in temporary supported accommodation provided by Coventry City Council.

People over the age of 25 who live in Coventry and are experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

Families living in Coventry that are at risk of eviction.

Anyone with a hoarded home that lives in a Paradigm property and is referred through by Paradigm Housing.

People who have been referred through by the LA Housing Options Team for Chesterfield Borough Council, North East Derbyshire District Council or South Derbyshire District Council.

Families that have been directly referred to us from Coventry City Council that have been placed in temporary accommodation by them.

People over the age of 18 who live within Derbyshire and are registered with a Derbyshire GP.
