Homeless England

Passage House is a 28-day stay assessment and resettlement service. Single homeless people who are sleeping rough in Westminster but do not have a local connection to the City of Westminster. Couples considered on the basis they are accommodated in separate rooms. Will consider dogs on a case by case basis.

Single homeless people and others who are socially excluded. Services for single homeless people. Day centre with range of advice, support and practical services, including primary health care, housing advice, showers, laundry service, food.

Day centre for young homeless people aged 16-24.

Homeless, Rough sleeping, anyone who needs us.

Homeless people and vulnerable people living in unsuitable or unstable accommodation aged 16+.

People sleeping rough, homeless or at risk of homelessness and those struggling with addiction.

Homeless people and anyone in social need.

Centre/outreach services - Adults (18+) who are homeless or vulnerably housed. Housing services - People at risk of homelessness with medium - low support needs.

Anyone in Reading who needs housing or homelessness-related advice.

Accept referrals for people needing help to resolve homelessness and crisis that are low to medium support needs.
