All referrals are made via the SAR (single access Referral) at Leicester City Council and Probation.

Project is staffed 24/7, support staff are available during the daytime and at weekends and concierge/night staff work the evenings and weekends. Each client is allocated their own support worker, working alongside a personalized support plan which is put in place at the start of their stay with us.
