Who is the project for?

Who do we help?

People who are experiencing difficulties after leaving military service who are homeless or in need of supported housing accommodation. No local connection required. Applicants must have served in the British Armed Forces and completed 1 day service. Proof of service will be requested.

No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from veterans' charities, RBL, local support agencies, Housing and homeless teams. Also accept referrals from prison and probation services.

Referral procedure

Contact office Mon-Fri 8am-4pm. Assessment of needs and level of support required - this takes 45 minutes and can be conducted in person, by phone or Skype.

Support and accommodation


Support offered

Staffed 90 hours per week, with staff on site daily 8am-5pm. Out of hours duty on-call system. Keywork system with regular meetings. Support plans. Staff signpost residents to counselling services, Combat Stress, mental health agencies, RBL advice and support, drug & alcohol agencies, support groups, CABx and NHS services.
