Who do we help?
Single homeless people, including ex-offenders, people with drug/alcohol needs or mental health needs who are accessing or willing to access appropriate support services. Must have a local connection to Wiltshire. Can accept people with dogs.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
All referrals have to come via Wiltshire Council.
Referral procedure
After referral is received, interview with a Team Leader or Manager. Combined needs and risk assessment. Offer of room will be given within 12-24 hours. If no room available then the applicant will be put on wait list.

Support offered
8 full-time support staff, two part-time support staff. 24 hour waking cover. Key worker system, twice weekly support meetings. Needs assessment and individual support plans. Staff offer housing related support. Signposting to other agencies for specialist support. Operates as a Places of Change hostel, offering a range of enabling and inspiring opportunities. Main hostel is covered 24/7.
