Referral procedure

Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm for application form. Interview.

Support offered

Staff and volunteers provide daily visiting support Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Drop in visits on weekends. Emergency on call system. Key work system with twice weekly meetings. Staff provide support around budgeting, benefits, forms, cooking, life skills and personal issues. Pre-tenancy training package in place.
