How to get a referral

Referral agencies

All referrals are from Test Valley Council or Children's Services Department.

Referral procedure

Supported Housing Panel application completed by referral agency prior to interview and sent through to Test Valley Borough Council. Forms available from Test Valley District Council.

3 high support and 10 low support, Staff cover 24/7, currently 13 beds, 1 Manager 1 team leader 5 x 37.5 hours, plus relief. Support with Move on, rent and housing issues.
