Who do we help?

Young single homeless people aged 16-25, including ex-offenders and young people leaving local authority care. No local connection required.

Who we cannot help

Known prostitutes, known hard drug users, arsonists, sex offenders.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency - many come from Social Services.

Referral procedure

Phone or call daily 8am-12 midnight. If there is a vacancy an interview is arranged as soon as possible. Require SER and PSR if appropriate.

Support offered

5 full time, 2 part time staff and 3 volunteers, sleep-in cover. Keywork system with weekly meetings, offering individual advice and support. Training in daily living skills, including budgeting, shopping and cooking. Advice on benefits and accessing health care services.
