Referral procedure

Referrals made via Eastern Hub Homeless Assessment Form. Need evidence of mental health diagnosis, RiO Risk Assessment and evidence of engagement with drug/alcohol services.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

Staff available 24/7. Support staff available 7am-10pm daily. Keywork system with regular meetings. Support offered with day to day activities as required.
