Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with medium-high support needs. Must have a local connection to RB Kensington & Chelsea.

Who we cannot help

People with recent convictions for arson or violent offences.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Only accept referrals from RB Kensington & Chelsea's Social Inclusion Team and Social Services. Do not accept self referrals or referrals from any other agency.

Referral procedure

Application form completed by referral agency. Interview Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Successful applicants must make a benefit claim and move in within 24 hours of acceptance.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

24 hour staffed support service. Each customer has a named support worker to develop Staying Safe and Support Plans and to hold Keywork sessions, with meetings at least monthly. Support and advice relating to independent living, skills, employment and resettlement.
